Material and Quality:
Please know that your gem is truly unique! There is not one like it, in all the world. Gemocracy places a strong emphasis on creating clean, quality earrings and accessories. Minor imperfections (air bubbles, lint, blemishes, and other markings) may exist, as all items are handcrafted.
By purchasing from Gemocracy, you acknowledge that all items are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections.
Each earring is crafted, from “scratch” and of polymer clay (unless otherwise noted). Polymer clay is an extremely light and durable material. You will find that the product is quite flexible; however, please do not bend your earrings, as this could make the item weak and/or break. All earring post findings are safe and/or high quality hypoallergenic stainless steel or gold plated posts.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Gemocracy at firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact must be made within 5 days, of the item being received.
Gemocracy reserves the right to determine if the item will be refunded or exchanged.
All orders will generally ship the Friday, after purchase, by USPS First Class Mail. If an email address is provided at check out, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 5-7 business days, for a customized order.
Processing times, mentioned above, is the time it takes to ship orders out. Once, the items have been shipped, it generally takes 2-3 business days to be delivered to the buyer.
Once the item has been shipped, please contact the post-office for information related to the handling of your package.
USPS recommends that a missing package claim, be filed, after 20 business days. It is requested that you allow the full amount of time to pass, before contacting Gemocracy about a potentially lost package.
Due to COVID-19, please understand that shipping times vary. If the package is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Once the package has shipped, Gemocracy no longer takes responsibility for the item.
